Tom Waits will be making not one, but two, rare tv appearances later this month.
Waits is set to appear on The Late Show with David Letterman on April 24, and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on April 25.
Tom will sit down to chat with the hosts and, for the very first time, perform songs from his 2011 release, “Bad As Me.”
The album debuted on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart at #6, making it the highest debut and the fastest selling (63K+) of Tom’s long and storied career - not only in the US, but around the globe, where it went Top 10 in many countries.
Last year, Waits was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame with an intro speech by Neil Young; Tom joined the class of 2011 with Alice Cooper, Neil Diamond, Dr. John, Darlene Love and Leon Russell.
