It’s been a long while since there’s been any news from the Soundgarden camp, as the band has quietly been working on new music.
The group played its first tour in 14 years last summer since reuniting, and have talked about recording a new album without any need for a timeline.
Now, Soundgarden have issued a preview of “Live To Rise,” a new single set to be featured in the new movie, “The Avengers.”
The new flick is the sixth in the Marvel comics superhero series.
The film soundtrack will be available May 1; the movie hits theatres on May 4.
