Ozzy Osbourne: Health tips, part 6

Ozzy Osbourne is in the home stretch of “Dr. Ozzy's Seven-Day Guide To Better Living.”

The rocker is sharing life advice as part of a week-long series to promote his new book, “Trust Me, I’m Dr. Ozzy.”

Ozzy will be in the US southwest and California this week doing book signings at local stores.

Here’s the rock legend’s better-living tip #6:

“Sometimes you've gotta make yourself unhappy to be happy. I get anxious before gigs, but I love the rush when I get onstage.”
