A few weeks ago, following months of rumors, innuendo and speculation about a Sabbath reunion, Ozzy Osbourne was the first band member to publicly confirm the band has reconnected; mind you, he’s not saying it’s a ‘go,’ just that the original band is back in the same room and moving cautiously forward so as not to disappoint themselves, or their fans.

At #2 this week, some video of GNR brand-keeper Axl Rose going for a minor stumble to the stage at a show in Mexico. Axl recovered and blew off the help of a roadie to get back to his feet while doing a Bob Dylan classic.
There’s four (4) KISS and/or Gene Simmons items on the HH10: at #3, weeks after the event was made public and actually happened, Gene’s fans got to see the bassist get married to longtime pal Shannon Tweed; #5 is video from the first-ever KISS Kruise, featuring the band’s opening night acoustic set; #6 is more Gene and Shannon at their reception; and, at #8, an October 3 story featuring the first video from the couple’s wedding the previous weekend.
Back to music at #4, as the Rolling Stones unveiled a new version of an unreleased track from the 1978 “Some Girls“ sessions, in time for the reissue album due next month.
Other big stories this week for hennemusic readers included the footage of Axl Rose snapping at an airport in Argentina (that’s #7)…unfortunately the video was removed from youtube, but the evidence showed the singer yelling obscenities at fans while arriving at the terminal; an old Ozzy track being feature din a new car commercial (#9); and, the full streaming album from Lou Reed and Metallica is now available for preview, in advance of its month-end release date (#10).
