Bach’s project completed final mixing last week, and now it’s on to the next stage.
“We are Mastering the Record !!,” tweeted Bach Thursday. “I LOVE this part!! With Tom Baker at Precision Mastering Now! I am bouncing off the walls the 1st track is walloping my ass around the room! Wait till you all hear this it sounds so quality!! Clean. clear. loud. Bob Marlette has done an incredible job & Tom Baker is putting the icing on top of the rock N' roll cake !! Yum yum wait till u taste hahaaaaa.”
Bach stepped away from the sessions on Monday night to join Steel Panther at the Key Club in Hollywood for a bunch of songs, including, including material by Journey, Guns N’ Roses, Led Zeppelin and a couple of Skid Row hits.
Steel Panther is a parody heavy metal band from Los Angeles, known for its profane and humorous lyrics. The group's over-the-top live performances have attracted celebrities and fans alike, and in February 2009 the band succeeded in becoming one of the most popular cover bands in California, winning the contest of "Best Tribute Band in the Universe"." The band's first album, entitled "Feel the Steel," was released in 2009.
Steel Panther features Michael Starr (real name Ralph Saenz; ex-L.A. Guns), drummer Stix Zadinia, bassist Lexxi Foxxx, and guitarist Satchel (real name Russ Parrish; ex-Fight).
