The song premiered on Idol host Ryan Seacrest's radio show Monday morning, and is now available via iTunes (see link below).
“(It) Feels So Good” was originally offered to Aerosmith back in 2002 while they were putting together songs for the “Oh Yeah! Ultimate Aerosmith Hits” package; the group reportedly turned down the song, and Tyler resurrected it for his solo 2011 release.
This is the second solo single of Tyler’s career: last fall, he recorded the theme song to the live-action movie "Space Battleship Yamato." "Love Lives" was released in Japan last November
The Aerosmith legend newly-released autobiography, “Does The Noise In My Head Bother You?”, hit stores last week.
Tyler has said that Aerosmith will play the Idol finale in two weeks, so stay tuned for that one.
