Just when things were going so well for Sebastian Bach - he’s been kicking ass in the studio on a new album, enthusiastically keeping fans up to date – and then he gets pulled over for a minor traffic offense and all hell breaks loose.
TMZ reports Bach has been arrested on marijuana charges for the second time in six months -- this time, in his home state of New Jersey.
"Bach was pulled over for 'failing to keep right' on a highway in Monmouth County at 3:32 a.m. on Tuesday," reports TMZ. During the stop, the officer found marijuana, it says.
43-year-old Bach was arrested for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; he was taken to a local jail and eventually released pending a future court hearing.
Last November, Bach was charged assault, possession of marijuana and mischief after he allegedly bit the hand of a bartender trying to throw him out of Riley's Olde Towne Pub in his hometown of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Bach was in town dealing with the estate of his father following his passing.
