When asked about his bandmates’ reaction, Tyler said, “I’ve been judged all my life. The band went on tour and we were off tour. I saw this as an opportunity to have some fun and to sit next to J-Lo here. And Randy.”
Tyler also spoke about the show’s process of seeing applicants in each of the cities where Idol looked for talent this year.
