The Jets announced today that Green Day will perform "Last of the American Girls" with the Broadway cast of the Tony Award-winning rock musical "American Idiot." The halftime show will finish with fireworks.
The evening will kick off (no pun intended) with Slash, Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and Jason Bonham rocking a tailgate concert outside the stadium; Scherzinger will also sing the national anthem.
